STEP 1; Prep your lips: To improve application consistency, gently scrub your lips with a lip scrub. Remove excess fat.
STEP 2; For maximum effect, outline the lips with the Lip Contour and blend the line towards the center.
STEP 3; Apply a thin layer of waterproof lip gloss in the corresponding or lighter shade to fill in the rest.
STEP 4; Allow the color to set and intensify for approximately 30 seconds to an opaque finish. The color may vary depending on skin color.
